From 1K to 13.5K followers in under one year, with stronger online bookings

The challenge went beyond growing followers. Each restaurant needed to effectively promote key experiences, seasonal offers and important promotional dates throughout the year, from lunch and the Wagyu Rodizio to occasions such as Valentine’s Day, while reaching the right local audiences and converting online attention into bookings.
Solution
We developed an integrated digital marketing approach combining social media management, content creation, paid social and influencer marketing, with campaigns built around specific experiences and commercial priorities. Rather than relying organic restaurant content, we created targeted campaigns designed to give people a reason to visit, from promoting lunch and seasonal occasions to positioning the Wagyu Rodizio as a standout experience. Paid campaigns were also used to support key booking periods and help maintain strong reservation activity across the restaurants.
Result
Instagram grew from approximately 1,000 to 13,500 followers in under one year. In one month, the account reached over 460,000 people and generated 4,275 website clicks. A Wagyu Rodizio influencer campaign delivered around 131,000 views and 400 new followers in seven days. Campaigns also supported strong booking performance. For example, in February 2026, Beleza Stratford recorded 1,565 online-booked guests and Beleza Solihull recorded 1,673, while Valentine’s Day dinner campaigns generated 177 bookings in Stratford and 231 in Solihull.
